Saint Expedite, patron Saint of impossible cases.
My personal experience with him is good. 
To petition him make him an altar in a triangle shape:
Novena candle at the head, water on the left, image/statue of Saint Expedite on the right, your written petition and a tiny bell to wake him up, and if you have them,3 keys and a rosary. Nothing more.
Now light the candle, ring the bell and say:
"Saint Expedite, you lay in rest.
I come to you and ask that this wish be granted. (clearly express what you want, and ask him to find a way to get it to you.But, be VERY clear and elaborate.) Expedite now what I ask of you.
Expedite now what I want of you, this very second.
Don't waste another day.
Grant me what I ask for.
I know your power, I know you because of your work.
I know you can help me.
Do this for me and I will spread your name with love and honor
so that it will be invoked again and again.
Expedite this wish with speed, love, honor, and goodness.
Glory to you, Saint Expedite!"
Place your petetion under the candle each time after the prayer.
Repeat this prayer daily till the candle is burned down, and repeat when needed.Every time after the prayer promise him an offer of red wine, red roses, a few slices or a whole cake, and some coins, which you will place on top of the cake and to place an online post where you thank him in public to that the crowd becomes aware of his work.
But keep in mind to only give him this offer AFTER he granted your wish,because he is a bit of an airhead, this probably because the man had his head chopped off.
So,when you see result, keep this promise or else all that was granted to you will-be-removed again.
Believe me, I did hear this happening after I did petition him on someone's behalve and wasn't fast enough in donating the coins.
And what's important, that after the offer gets old and the flowers are done, to place the flowers, wine and cake back into nature, and to donate the coins to a charity of your choice, for instance,a homeless person or drop them in an rspca collection money box.And don't forget to mention his work in public via your social media or in your social circle.
